Our History

Tanya-Jayne founded Web-Based Working (then called TJP Solutions) 10 years ago and shortly afterward became Hampshire’s first Google Apps Reseller having recognised the power of Cloud Computing. Through her life she has enacted many Positive Changes both personally and professionally, these experiences formed into her unique process for ‘Positive Change Discovery’. In 2018 she decided to merge both businesses together under the Web-Based Working name.
